Generally speaking, bingo halls are some of the most welcoming, joyful communities out there. A place where people show up to have fun, to connect, to laugh, and maybe---just maybe to walk away with a big win. But like any community, it's not perfect. And every now and then, issues come up that we can't just ignore. It's not always easy, but the integrity of the game depends on how we handle them. Because at the end of the day, bingo should feel fair and safe.
